Refund & Cancellation policy
At AVM STATION LLP, we strive to provide the highest level of service and satisfaction to our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances that require cancellations or refund requests. Please read our policy carefully to understand our terms regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1. Service Orders
For services such as creative campaigns, animations, advertising, and other digital marketing projects:

Cancellation Before Project Start: You may cancel your service order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Cancellations made after 24 hours but before the project commences will incur a 20% service charge.

Cancellation After Project Start: Once a project has commenced, refunds are not available. However, we will work with you to resolve any concerns or make necessary adjustments to meet expectations.
1.2. Retainer Agreements
For retainer-based services, you can cancel the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Payments made during the cancellation period are non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of our custom work, we cannot offer refunds on completed services, including but not limited to:

Graphic designs
-
Videos, animations, and CGI production
-
Content and copywriting
-
Any other creative work provided

2.2. Partially Completed Projects
For projects canceled after partial completion, we will assess the amount of work done and provide a partial refund based on deliverables already submitted. Administrative fees and operational costs will be deducted from the total refund.

2.3. Digital Marketing & Paid Campaigns
For digital marketing services, including paid media, refunds are not applicable once campaigns are live. Any unutilized media spend will be refunded if campaigns are paused or canceled before completion.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

Service not delivered as agreed upon due to a failure on our part.

Major delays or failure to start a project without reasonable explanation.

4. Refund Process
